Products ship within 5-7 business days from your order date. Orders may take up to 15 business days to process  during sales and promotions.

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. No overnight shipping.

International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx. International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges by your home country.  Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site.  Sierra Jade Hair Collection reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

In rare instances, our carrier service may experience transit delays. Please understand that Sierra Jade Hair Collection is not liable for such delays caused by our carrier service or acts of nature. Therefore, refunds or chargebacks will not be honored as a result of transit delays caused by these factors.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Allow 5 TO 7  days to process and ship your order. All Orders will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions

UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT 

You may exchange for the same purchase price if contacted within 3 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state cannot altered and must be returned in original packaging. There is a $45 restocking fee for ALL exchanges. Return shipping must be paid by customer. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Sierra Jade Hair Collection isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to Sierra Jade Hair Collection. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
